Goals and objectives

Basic goal of the course is to discuss some of the influential theories and approaches to public administration. This course aims

  1. to understand scientific character of public administration as a discipline,
  2. to explain basic concepts of public administration,
  3. to learn social and economic context in which public administration approaches and theories are situated,
  4. to comprehend the transformation of administrative thought in the context of the theories and approaches concerned
